The Vitra – Nuage cramique vase by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec is characterised by an almost organic base shape that is reminiscent of a cloud. The soft curves create a fascinating interplay between light and shadow Viewed from above, however, the structure consists of eight narrow tubes, which combined form a striking outline. Single flowers, grass and branches can be wonderfully arranged within the meaning of ikebana.
